Meet Our Team
By leveraging the power of cooperation, creating a supportive community, and encouraging creative solutions, we are providing the day-to-day tools that empower Healers to become successful entrepreneurs.
Casara Andre, DVM - Founder & Creative Director
As the founder of Cultivate and one of its practitioners, Dr. Andre is a veterinarian consistently motivated by her desire to help all mammals (human and veterinary) sustain their health and wellbeing.
Cultivate was created to provide Healers with a place of community, shared growth, and entrepreneurial support. Providing a safe-haven and incubator-for-ideas is Dr. Andre's day-to-day mission. She is honored to act as an advocate for the whole health of her community through Cultivate.
Tess Warner - Business Architect & Programs Director
Tess is passionate about helping the Healer communities achieve balance between good business practices and top-notch patient care. She has worked in a variety of roles throughout the industry: Certified Pharmacy Technician in a veterinary compounding lab, dog trainer for obedience and casual agility, assistant manager in a general practice veterinary clinic, leader of a statewide practice manager organization, and general manager of a specialty clinic devoted to canine rehabilitation.
Tess believes that bringing better business practices to a rapidly growing medical industry will ultimately lead to better medical care, longer patient lives, and healthier practitioners.
Kara Taylor - Operations Director & Learning Program Manager
Kara is a Colorado native who loves animals and giving back to the community. She is a compassionate and determined professional with a strong organizational management background and an affection for education.
Kara has learned how to get creative when taking on a new project and she's not afraid to get her hands dirty when helping our members explore new business opportunities.
When Kara is not searching for innovative business solutions, she enjoys making art, spending time outdoors and playing with her pup.
